For Exhibitors

We invite companies, user organisations, and suppliers with relevant products or services to participate in the exhibition area and engage with professionals working within the field of dysmelia, upper limb amputation, prosthetics, orthotics, and assistive technology.

The exhibition area will provide opportunities for dialogue between clinicians, researchers, educators, and industry representatives throughout the conference.

The conference is expected to attract approximately 80–120 participants from clinical, academic, and research settings across the Nordic region, in addition to participants attending the associated ISPO-Nordic events.

Exhibitor Package and Fees
Fee: 16 375 SEK + VAT ~ €1,500 

The package includes:

• Exhibition space close to the conference room
• One table and chair
• Technical support in the exhibition area
• Company logo and acknowledgement in the conference programme
• Registration for one company representative

Additional exhibition space, tables, screens, and other equipment may be arranged upon request and will be charged separately. Additional company representatives must register separately.

Practical information regarding exhibition setup, technical arrangements, and venue logistics will be provided to registered exhibitors.

Exhibitor fees contribute to the practical organisation of the conference. Participation as an exhibitor does not provide influence over the scientific programme or conference content.
